Such a great place. They do so much to accommodate their staff. I get the chai latte when I am there and it is always delicious. The staff is so friendly. I love supporting people doing great things.

A great place to get coffee smoothies, pastries 🍰, milkshakes and ice cream. The staff is always welcoming and glad to see you. They have great Mochas with a variety of milks. Go by and see them!! Enjoy 😉

A special blend is truly a special place! I wish i could give 10 stars! Plenty of tables, loads of outlets, wonderful coffee, and even more wonderful staff! The staff are pleasant, welcoming, and excellent at their craft! Helped me navigate the menu, their recommendations tasted delicious! Big tables to work on, highly recommend if you want delicious coffee while you socialize or work!

Love this new location! It’s got a cozy vibe and beautiful decor. There’s so much space, comfortable chairs, and even a meeting room and team table in the back. The coffee is delicious and there’s always lots of creative seasonal drinks. There is plenty parking in the lot outside. This place is a must visit for any locals or visitors for a nice cup of coffee and warm atmosphere!

I just heard this location is closing and I'm very sorry to hear that. Honestly, I just found this business a few weeks ago. The location is not very convenient for me and I think it might get better business down near the Publix intersection. Still the people and coffee are great and I hope to stop by again.

Decided to try out this place for the first time and loved it! Awesome atmosphere and absolutely loved the furniture/decor. I ordered an iced lavender latte and it was a 10/10. Can’t wait to come back for another drink! Perfect environment for studying or working. Service was excellent 🙂

We didn't have food but had iced coffee! It was really good, people are very nice, answer all your questions and ask you to come again! They have t-shirts, coffee mugs, coffee mugs with candles in them and smell wonderful, some artsy jewelry just lots of interesting stuff! Go by and check them out! Oh, they also have an outside seating area that's really nice especially at this time of year!

I just found this place and I’m sad to hear it is closing down. It’s a unique and special place that gives people with disabilities a chance to thrive. I would have hoped that the board who operates this venture would consider relocation to a busier area in High Point but it doesn’t seem that is in the cards unfortunately. This cafe is one of a few that provides a great cafe experience.

What a wonderful find! A Special Blend has a warm, inviting atmosphere with beautiful décor that makes you feel right at home. The spacious layout includes comfortable seating, a dedicated meeting room, and a team table in the back — perfect for solo visits or groups. The coffee is outstanding, and the creative seasonal menu always offers something exciting. Parking is easy with a lot right outside. Most importantly, this shop employs and trains adults with developmental disabilities, making every cup a meaningful purchase. Locals and visitors alike don’t miss this gem!
